Summary:
This position provides administrative support in scheduling and coordinating 3rd party manufacturing to increase MG+BW manufacturing capacity.
Responsibilities Scheduling for vendor's and/or MGBW based on capacity for FG or CS Organize and maintain a constant flow of data regarding shipping, material movements, and inventory.
Experience with data entry and accurate upkeep.
Working in Excel, Access and AX daily.
Produce and organize a consistent flow of BOL's, packing lists, and purchase requests to departments in house, as well as third-party vendors, if needed.
Work with multiple departments in scheduling of transporting goods and providing paperwork for deliveries to meet deadlines with little to no delay.
Highly organized and detail oriented to see follow-through of processes.
Ability to interact with team and work cross functionally throughout the organization to meet in house production and vendor schedules.
Ability to multi-task and manage many responsibilities and projects at one time Possess excellent communication skills, positive and empowering outlook, and excels in a collaborative environment.
Create and demonstrates buy in to program's missions and goals and provides ideas for advancement.
Goal oriented, ambitious, and highly motivated person able to work independently, as well as with a team.
Qualifications Experience with Excel Experience with Inventory Control Shipping and Logistics Experience High level of professionalism and communication Experience with office setting Experience with AX, Manufacturing and ERP Systems, desired but not required Clear and concise electronic communication Able to type at least 40 words per minute Computer Competent Knowledge of Excel, SWI's and KPI's, desired but not required Recommended Skills Administration Attention To Detail Communication Coordinating Data Entry Enterprise Resource Planning Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
